Procedure Writing - ANZAC Biscuits

How To Make ANZAC Biscuits!

 Ingredients and Equipment

Plain Flour, Brown Sugar, Desiccated Coconut, Rolled Oats, Butter, Golden Syrup, baking soda.
Measuring cups, measuring spoons, bowl, fork, spoon, oven tray.

Steps
Step 1. Mix ½ cup of plain flour, 100g of brown sugar, 2/3 cup of desiccated coconut and ¾ cup of rolled oats.

Step 2. Melt 50g of butter and 1Tbsp of golden syrup, then add 2 Tbsp of hot water mixed with ½ tsp of baking soda.

Step 3. Make a well or hole in the oats then pour wet ingredients in the well and mix together. Spoon batter onto a tray in balls. Press down with a fork and bake for 20 minutes.
